The MICHEL Pattern

The sphere is the logical geometrical progression from the 12 pentagon sided dodecahedron. The earth is either contained within a dodecahedron or precisely contains a dodehahedron. In both cases the pentagons can be projected onto the curved surface of the earth. The landmasses of the earth coincide with the resulting spherical dodecahedron.

The 12 pentagons which cover the earth are the result of 15 meridians each cutting the earth in half. The location and orientation of the pentagons is determined by the position of the earth relative to the sun and by the movement of the moon. In the same way that the sun and moon influence the tides, they also influence the structure of the land.

The two meridians of reference are the solar ecliptic and the meridian determined by the angle between the axis of the poles of the equator, P,P1 and the axis of the poles of the solar ecliptic,E,E1
